Three people who allegedly trafficked two teenage girls to engage in commercial sexual activities at Ace Care, a massage parlor in Redlands, have been arrested after being indicted by a federal grand jury.The suspects include the manager of the massage parlor, Ji Ryang Chae, 54, who currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the manager-in-training, Jasmine Dakota Beverly, 24, a current resident of Costa Mesa, and Earnest Akindele Teamer, 26, from Redlands, who acted as a recruiter for the massage parlor, authorities said.All three are accused of one count of conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking of a minor.
